Product
The equipment has compact structure and small area. According to the structure of the equipment, the heat needed for drying is mainly provided by the hollow blade wall arranged on the hollow shaft, while the heat transfer on the jacket wall is only a small part. Therefore, the unit volume equipment heat transfer surface is large, can save equipment area, reduce capital investment.
Working
The blade dryer consists of two or four blade shafts engaged with each other, a W-shaped shell with a jacket, a seat and a transmission part. The whole drying process of the material is carried out in a closed state. Organic volatile gas and odorous gas are sent to tail gas treatment unit in closed atmosphere to avoid environmental pollution. The dryer uses steam, hot water or heat conducting oil as the heating medium. The heating medium is divided into two ways, which enter the shell jacket of the dryer and the inner cavity of the blade shaft, and heat the body and the blade shaft at the same time.
